Dear lisa and jeni, How does it get better than last year....alain our skipper took us to all his secret snorkeling spots. What an amazing place. almost everyone swam with a humpback and her calf, we all swam with sharks and for me the highlight were the manta rays! absolute paradise.

Just thought we would give you a report on our sailing holiday....one word describes it well...fantastic!!!! We had a great time and did not want to get off the boat this morning.
The sailing here is great and very easy. We found some quiet little coves to anchor in at night which suited us fine. A very lazy and relaxing time. EGG were very easy to deal with and the boat was in good working order, we will be back for sure.
Thank you for the birthday card, Ross had a great birthday, sitting at anchor in a quiet cove with a gentle sea breeze and a bottle of champagne, what more could you ask for!
Our wish list for next year is sailing in Dubrovnic, Croatia, we have the European sailing bug for sure!! Thank you for organising this for us and we look forward to touching base soon.

Happy New Year!! Thank you for organising our Thailand sailing trip. We had a fantastic time, loved every minute of it. It is a great sailing area and was not crowded at all. Most nights we were moored in a bay by ourselves, just perfect! Our boat was great too, we met Nick and Marilyn who own "fidji" and has a drink with them, very nice people. TML were very good to deal with and nothing was a problem.

Dear Lisa, It was very remiss of me not to drop you a line on our return from Europe in September last year to say how much we (and the Cutfields and the rest of our crew) enjoyed our Adriatic adventure. What fun, great sailing, hot weather, swimming and all that goes with eating, drinking and generally loafing about in a foreign clime. Thanks for your help and input.

Hi Lisa / Jennie, Why do holidays have to end? Well we have had a great trip and managed to achieve navigating around all 4 islands. Most impressed that there were no hiccups and all travel plans run smoothly. Sunsail have a very professional approach and were great to deal with. Jeni - We had an absolutely fabulous time. Could not have asked for better captain, cook, weather, and oh, yes, crayfish!
The Barrier is just as spectacular as everyone had said - the boys want us to sell our apartment at the Point immediately and buy a property over there! Thank you so much for all the arrangements - everything was perfect.

Hi Lisa, thanks for your welcome home email. We had a fantastic time!!! Bora -Bora was our favourite, the whole trip was just so much fun for everybody. Mooring is excellent, we are keen to do it again next year in Croatia with a 50 footer. Let us know what is available in that part of the world.

Hi, I just got back from the holiday in Tonga. It was fantastic! The weather held off most of the time, with 3 or 4 sparkling sunny days and only two wet days. The culture was great, the scenery amazing and the people are ridiculously friendly. We made good friends with the school children at Matamaka GPS (on an island about 10nm from Neiufa) where we attended their assembly, kicked the footy around and they showed us the classrooms. And the singing at church! I couldn't figure our how that much sound can come out of 30 people.
The boat was great but we spotted a 46 foot boat while at moorings base that we will have to upgrade to next time. Just a little bit of boat envy. I was in Auckland last Friday and would have come in to the office asking for refund because come the seventh day of sailing we had not seen any whales. However, you are saved, because on our way to Mariners Cave, we came across possibly 15 whales (including lots of calves) in the space of an hour, two of which put a good show about 50m in front of the boat.
Thanks for all your help arranging the holiday. very professional and always there to answer my silly inane questions. Any ideas for destinations in 2010?

Hi Lisa, Just thought I would advise you that we are back from our trip in Croatia. We had great time, the boat was fantastic. There were a few minor issues that we had to sort out although it did not affect our holiday at all but I think Ashley will advise you more on the details as he was the sailor.
We can say that winds are definitely light to zero in July as we only had sails up about 5 days in total but always with a motor as the breeze was not strong enough on its own. But again was not an issue as the motoring was easy and we were definitely in no hurry to get anywhere.
The boats nav and depth system was brilliant and along with our pilot book we stayed out of marinas' and stayed in coves and bays overnight the whole time which was beautiful and peaceful. Anchoring every where was easy with good mud or sand beds.
So it all went quick now that we are back but we have talked about doing it again so you might hear from us again at some point.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for all your help with our charter in Greece we had a great time. When I get a chance I will have to send you some pics, we saw some amazing places and having a skipper was awesome as he knew all the hidden jewels :-)

Had a great trip in Turkey, thanks for the organising. Great recomendation to sail one way from Bodrum to fethiye. Charter co were excellent, yacht good, well maintained and had no problems. We all thought that the sailing was better in Turkey than Croatia.
