Chartering from Ajaccio on the West Coast, you’ll enjoy over 330 nm of coastline, rugged mountains and lonely river valleys complimented by the finest beaches, ancient villages and lively harbours.  On a 2-week yacht charter you’ll circumnavigate the whole island of CORSICA and have time to visit the Italian islands of Sardinia and Elba.    On a 1-week yacht charter you’ll have a choice to sail either south or north of Ajaccio and return on your tracks.

Airport: It's approximately 20 minutes from Campo dell’Oro airport to Ajaccio by taxi. The distance is about 6 km and the cost will be about 20€ for a 4-person taxi

Winds: Prevailing winds are the Mistral (west/northwest) from June to September, the Sirocco (southeast) in the winter, and the Libeccio (southwest) in the summer and autumn. This of course, varies considerably with altitude and mountain forms.

Climate: Corsica has a Mediterranean climate. Micro climates give a wide variety of temperatures and precipitation. The main mountain range divides the island roughly in half. As a general rule the north is hotter than the south. Summers are longer from May till October. Winters can be cold and there's generally snow on the highest peaks until June
